Sunday, 22 July

Conference and guest registration:  2:00 to 8:00 pm - Boardwalk Inn Conference Center

The Welcome Reception will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the Boardwalk Inn Conference Center.  Delegates and guests will be greeted and have opportunities to meet some of Disney's famous personalities.  "Heavy" hors d'oeuvres will be served (2 drinks vouchers will be supplied per person, after which a cash bar will be available.)

Wednesday 26 July

An early start of the Poster Session and Vendor Exhibit will insure there is ample time in the afternoon and evening to enjoy one of the Disney Theme Parks from 2:00 p.m. until Park closure.  EPCOT is within walking distance; Disney provides transportation to the Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and more.

Thursday, 27 July

Conference Banquet and Awards:   At approximately 6:30 p.m. conferees and guests will gather in the lobby of the Boardwalk Inn Conference Center to make their way to the Isle de France for the ISIMS-2012 Conference Banquet.  The program includes an "Around the World" dinner buffet (2 drinks vouchers will be supplied per person, after which a cash bar will be available), the Conference Awards ceremony and, finally, "IllumiNations:  Reflections of Earth©" a spectacular fireworks, laser and light show from our private viewing area.  The Conference name badge is required to ensure admission.

Optional Behind the Scenes Tour:  (minimum 20 persons, 16 years and older with Government issued photo ID).  Backstage Magic provides an "insider's look" at the heritage, daily operation, and Cast Members' roles. This 7-hour behind-the-scenes adventure guides you through a variety of locations where you will discover what it takes to create and maintain the "magic" every day.  Extra charge:  $229 per person
