Instructions to Authors

  • There is no registration fee for authors to take part in the ISIMS Virtual Poster Symposium.

  • Prepare your poster according the Twitter poster requirement. We suggest that you watch Mike Morrison’s YouTube video on Twitter poster preparation [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fQDL8r3r_d4] and use his template 

  • Create a Twitter account, if you don’t already have one.

  • Tweet your poster on 31st July, 2020 using the secret hashtag which will be emailed to you a day or two before the Poster Symposium.

  • Virtually present your poster by answering questions posted on your tweeted poster between 31st July and 7th August, 2020.

  • If you wish, you can remove your tweeted poster after 7th August, 2020, but you don’t have to.

  • Authors could consider using preprint services (e.g., ChemRxiv, Springer Preprint Sharing, arXiv)  

    • All preprint responsibility and liability reside with the authors.

 

Note: Your abstract will be posted on the ISIMS website and your poster will be posted on Twitter, a public domain. Consult your principal investigator before abstract submission. If you have questions about poster preparation or sending tweets, please contact the Symposium organizer. Priority is given to current ISIMS members.
