Getting there
In an active effort to reduce the carbon footprint of the ISIMS Berlin 2025 event, we strongly recommend you using a low emission mode of transportation when you are departing from within Germany or its neighboring countries. There multiple direct trains from Amsterdam, Warsaw, Vienna, Paris just to name a few. Please use the link below
In case you are entering Germany at an airport different from BER – Airport (Berlin Brandenburg Airport), e.g. FRA or MUC, please ask your specific airline for the “Rail&Fly” option upon booking your flight. With Rail&Fly you can travel comfortably by train from one of over 5,600 DB stations to the airport (and back again). It is a perfect opportunity to get a first glimpse of the country sides and on top of that you’re saving emissions by skipping that short haul flight.
Public Transport (Berlin ABC) in and around Berlin will be included in the conference fee. The airport has an integrated multimode transportation hub where you have direct connection to Alexanderplatz every 10 minutes by S-Bahn (S9) and alternatively by Train (FEX), S-Bahn (S45) or Bus (X7, X71, N60).
