Conference Accommodation Rate at the Holiday Inn Miami Beach-Oceanfront

$159 per night, plus applicable tax and hotel charges.

Resort fee is waived for the conference, as long as you make reservation by June 17, 2024. Please make sure you use the conference code for your hotel booking. Resort fee will appear on the hotel booking confirmation, but will be removed from the invoice. Please note that the cancellation policy on the hotel booking confirmation.

The conference hotel rate is available for reserving the dates: July 17 to 28, 2024, subject to availability. Conference accommodation rate ends at 5 pm Eastern Standard Time, June 17, 2024.

Requirement to Stay at the Conference Hotel

Conference attendees are required to stay at the Conference Hotel (Holiday Inn Miami Beach-Oceanfront). Please make hotel reservation first and have the reservation number ready for conference registration.

There will be a $500 surcharge for conference attendees NOT staying at the Conference Hotel. This requirement does not apply to conference attendees who reside locally or to students. For those who are booking another nearby hotel, please note that most hotels charge a resort fee  in addition to the lodging rate.
