Membership is extended to those who are interested in the development and/or application of IMS, and ambient pressure gas phase ion-molecule chemistry. 

Membership to the International Society for Ion Mobility Spectrometry included the following benefits:

 

• Access to the list of conference attendees.

• Right to be nominated as a Member at Large of the Board of Directors.

• Right to vote for Member at Large of the Board of Directors (nominations and voting takes place during the annual conference).

• Access to members-only information on the website. 

The membership cycle and benefits are for one year, beginning and ending at the start of the Annual Conference on Ion Mobility Spectrometry (last full week of July).

Membership can be obtained by attending the annual conference on Ion Mobility Spectrometry (registration fee includes membership to the Society).
