Society Awards
The Society may present awards to its Members for either Distinguished Contribution or Lifetime Contribution. The criteria for these awards is detailed below. Should you wish to nominate a Member of the ISIMS Society for these awards please use the contact form and provide details of your nominee and your reasons for the nomination.
Distinguished Contribution Award

Awarded at the conference to a nominee who has;

(a) contributed substantial or novel progress to the field of IMS,
-
and (b) contributed substantial service to the ISIMS in the form of volunteering at conferences, planning and executing conferences, mentoring younger generations of Society members

Individuals may be nominated by any Member of ISIMS. Nominations will be considered and voted upon by Board members.
Lifetime Contribution Award

Awarded at the conference to an individual who has:
-
consistently worked in the field of IMS and its related orthogonal techniques for at least 20 years,
-
and (b) contributed substantial progress to the field of IMS,
-
and (c) contributed substantial service to the ISIMS in the form of volunteering at conferences, planning and executing conferences, serving on the Board of Directors;

Individuals may be nominated by any Member of ISIMS. Nominations will be considered and voted upon by Board members.

Individual will be invited to present at the Conference the same year they are presented the award.

The Lifetime Contribution Award shall be awarded to a maximum of 1 individual per year.
Associated benefits of Lifetime Contribution Award

The individual shall have their Society Membership dues waived.

The individual will have their Conference dues discounted the year of their award.
