ISIMS Conference Registration Refund
​​If you request to cancel your conference and/or short course registration, the society must deduct a fee for non-recoverable expenses already paid by the society at the time of the cancellation request. For the ISIMS conference 2026 in Detroit, the following deadlines apply:​

Cancellation requested until 5 pm Eastern Standard Time on 15 June 2026: 90 % refund

Cancellation requested until 5 pm Eastern Standard Time on 05 July 2026: 50 % refund

Cancellation requested after 5 pm Eastern Standard Time on 12 July 2026: No refund
