No, there isn’t. It’s free

I don’t have a Twitter account. How can I tweet the poster?

Send your poster file (picture or movie format) to the Society by 28th July, 2020.

When and how do I tweet the poster?

Please tweet your poster anytime on 31st July, 2020, using the unique hashtag which will be emailed to you.

When can I remove the tweeted poster?

If you are tweeting your poster yourself, you can remove it after 7 August, 2020 if you wish. Feel free to leave it online permanently.

My poster is being tweeted by the Society, when will the poster be removed from Twitter?

If you have selected “Remove after symposium” option, the Society will remove the tweeted posters on 8 August, 2020. If you have selected “Leave online permanently” option, the Society will not remove the tweeted posters until you change your mind and send us instruction by email.

Will my poster be retweeted and/or copied digitally?

Just like other social media postings, once the poster is posted online, expect it to take on a life of its own. Give your blessing and let it go. If in doubt, please consult with your principal investigator.
