• The length of the presentations is 17 minutes plus 3 minutes for questions.​

• Prepare your presentation in a 16:9 format with large and legible font.

• Use large and legible fonts, preferably high contrast (B&W)

Poster

• Posters will be displayed on dedicated poster boards throughout the conference.

• Maximum poster size: 36" × 48" (91 × 122 cm).

• Posters must be prepared in landscape orientation.

• Posters may be mounted on Monday and can remain on display for the entire conference.

• Poster boards and mounting materials will be provided on-site.

• Poster Session Chair and conference volunteers will be available to assist with poster setup if required.

• Authors are expected to be present during the poster session.
